Intrado will be conducting platform maintenance, which is scheduled to begin at 11:00 PM Central on Sunday, December 5, 2021, and is expected to conclude by 2:00 AM Central on Monday, December 6, 2021.

Every effort is made to minimize customer impact during periods of maintenance. Minimal impact is anticipated due to the maintenance being performed outside of typical school hours. During the maintenance, parents will be unable to report future absences for approximately 30 minutes; however, further service interruptions to SafeArrival (US and CA) are possible.
