System maintenance for the SFTP servers that service certain SchoolMessenger Communicate accounts is scheduled to begin at 10:30 PM Central on Friday, January 24th, 2020, and is expected to conclude by 11 PM Central on Friday, January 24th, 2020.

During the maintenance window, any SFTP transfers and data imports that are scheduled for the same timeframe will not be completed as usual. They will resume on the next scheduled import time that occurs after the maintenance. No permanent rescheduling will be necessary, as this will only affect SFTP transfers and data imports for the short window of the maintenance.

If your SchoolMessenger Communicate account does not utilize SFTP, then your account will not be impacted.
