This afternoon, certain SchoolMessenger Presence sites began experiencing intermittent latency when loading the sites. Users and visitors of the affected sites may be unable to access them intermittently during the potential impact window.
Technical teams were immediately alerted and are currently investigating the issue. Updates will be posted here as they occur.
If your Presence site is loading and can be accessed without issue, then this incident does not affect your site.
