System maintenance for SafeArrival (for both the USA and Canada regions) is scheduled to begin at 10:00 PM Central on Friday, April 9, 2021 and is expected to conclude by 1:00 AM Central on Saturday, April 10, 2021.
During a portion of the after-hours maintenance window that is expected to last 20 minutes or less, parent users will be unable to utilize SafeArrival to report future absences.
Update: While this maintenance will not impact the other functions of SchoolMessenger Communicate itself, it does partly run concurrently with a Communicate maintenance (for the USA region only) which includes a brief period of those services being offline. Impact from that concurrent maintenance is separate from the impact to parent users reporting future absences via SafeArrival as will occur with this maintenance.
