This evening, certain SchoolMessenger Presence sites began to exhibit intermittent availability issues due to an issue with a service provider. Users and visitors of the affected sites may be unable to access them intermittently during the potential impact window.

As of 12:30 AM Central, Technical teams have identified the issue and continue to work with the service provider to mitigate impact.

If your Presence site is loading and can be accessed without issue, then this incident does not affect your site.
