At 1:33 PM Central today, certain SchoolMessenger Presence sites began to be unavailable. Users and visitors of the affected sites see a "Server Error in '/' Application" Runtime Error instead of accessing the sites.
Technical teams were made immediately aware of the issue and are working on mitigation.
If your site is able to be loaded normally, then it is not affected by this incident.
