This intermittent access issue experienced for the School Messenger Presence sites is now considered resolved. The technical teams will continue to monitor platform stability.

Intrado teams continue to investigate this issue causing multiple Presence sites to be intermittently unavailable and are working towards a mitigation path. Further updates will be provided as they become available.
