SchoolMessenger Presence sites previously affected by the intermittent error when accessing the sites are no longer impacted. Users and visitors are able to access the sites normally.
If your Presence site did not experience any error message upon accessing it during the potential impact window, then your site was unaffected by this incident.
Technical teams continue to monitor the situation for any changes, which will be posted here if they occur.

This afternoon, certain SchoolMessenger Presence sites began to experience intermittent errors when users and visitors attempt to access the sites.
Technical teams were immediately alerted. The issue has been identified and is mitigation procedures are in progress.
If your Presence site is loading and can be accessed without issue, then this incident does not affect your site.
