As of 11:30 AM Central, technical teams have mitigated the impact, and are now monitoring the situation closely. SchoolMessenger Communicate sites should be functioning normally at this time.

Update
As of 10:30 AM Central, certain SchoolMessenger Communicate sites may be experiencing latency issues. Email delivery and list creation may be experiencing issues as well.

Technical teams were immediately alerted and are currently investigating the issue. Updates will be posted here as they occur.

If you are able to access your SchoolMessenger site consistently and without error, then your SchoolMessenger is not affected.
