As of 1:00 PM Central, certain SchoolMessenger Presence sites may be intermittently down for users and visitors attempting to access the sites.
As of 2:30 PM Central, technical teams are still investigating the new symptoms. Updates will be posted here as they occur.
If users and visitors of your Presence sites are able to access them normally, then your sites are not affected at this time.

Beginning at 10:30 AM Central this morning, a small number of SchoolMessenger Presence sites began to experience short, intermittent periods where an error would be received when users or visitors attempted to access the site.
As of 12:32 PM Central, technical teams have since identified the issue and are still in the process of mitigation. During the mitigation, the affected sites may still experience short periods of intermittent error when accessing the sites.
If you are able to access your Presence sites consistently and without error, then your sites are not affected.
